What started out as a family snack for special occasions handed down through generations became a snack shared among close friends and relatives. The common comments were “This jerky should be shared with everyone…” Honey Jerky creation is 20+ years in the making. Taking mom’s recipe that was handed down and going through iterations of refinement and enhancements to what we have today. This would not have happen without the many sacrifices from our many great “human guinea pigs” friends who have assisted in the refinement process with their feedbacks!
